How to Practice

  1. 1Place the tip of your tongue against the ridge behind your upper front teeth.
  2. 2Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
  3. 3Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose for 4 seconds.
  4. 4Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
  5. 5Exhale completely through your mouth for 8 seconds.
  6. 6Repeat the cycle 3-4 times.
